Usually a welcoming cocktail party is a good idea. Cost can include the entertainment or not, depends on you, the Travel Coordinator.

Price: $185.00 per person, includes 2 nights lodging at XYZ Hotel, Airfare, Transfers, Welcoming Cocktail and Travel Insurance -(The price is extremely important in starting out. The lower the price the more sign-ups you will have) If you decided to take children in the neighborhood skiing or to Disneyland, get involved in fundraising events. Send out a press release. Make it a community effort.
